I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories from Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo and low-carb, to raw, vegan and macrobiotics.
My personal passion however is WHOLE plant based nutrition and a healing lifestyle that's resulted in my own healthy weight loss, vibrant energy & ongoing happiness.

Cheryl Ford - Full Bio
Cheryl holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy, is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Plant Cook through Rouxbe/ Forks Over Knives culinary training.
Cheryl is a Master level Reki Practitioner, has received extensive Mindfulness training at Kagyu Samye Ling Monastary in Scotland and is an Ordained Ministerial Counsellor through Pathways of Light Spiritual College in the USA.
She is also a long time student and teacher of the spiritual text, A Course in Miracles and is dedicated to the personal and spiritual development of people wanting to shift their perception from one of fear to love.
Cheryl has worked in senior roles in several national charities over the past 20 years and is a native Californian, but currently lives in the UK with her husband, children and their dog Ben and cat Peter.
